About the Role

As the Ambassador Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating our Ambassador Program, a vital component of our organization's advocacy and outreach efforts. This position requires a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills, a passion for healthcare advocacy, and the ability to inspire and engage a community of dedicated Ambassadors.

Responsibilities:

Program Development:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Ambassador Program, aligning with the organization's mission and goals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to create engaging and impactful initiatives that drive positive change in healthcare.

Ambassador Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract passionate individuals to join the Ambassador Program.
Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring Ambassadors have the necessary resources and information to effectively contribute to the organization's mission.

Communication and Engagement:
Foster a sense of community among Ambassadors through regular communication, updates, and engagement initiatives.
Serve as the main point of contact for Ambassadors, addressing inquiries, providing support, and facilitating collaboration.

Training and Development:
Design and implement training programs to equip Ambassadors with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective advocacy and community engagement.
Provide ongoing support and resources to help Ambassadors succeed in their roles.

Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate events, both virtual and in-person, to bring Ambassadors together, share information, and foster a sense of camaraderie.
Collaborate with other teams to integrate Ambassador activities into larger organizational events.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Implement systems to track Ambassador activities and measure the impact of the program.
Generate regular reports to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in program coordination, community engagement, or related roles.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Passion for healthcare advocacy and a commitment to the organization's mission.
