Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Social Media Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their functionalities.
Experience in managing social media accounts for organizations.

Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly assess situations and make informed decisions.

Team Collaboration:
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate through high-pressure situations.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:

    • Monitor various social media platforms for mentions, comments, and messages related to the organization.

    • Respond promptly and thoughtfully to inquiries, comments, and messages on social media channels.

    • Develop and maintain a consistent and positive online presence.

  2. Triage and Assistance:

    • Identify and prioritize individuals seeking assistance or information through social media channels.

    • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries or issues raised on social media.

    • Implement a system for categorizing and escalating messages based on urgency and complexity.

  3. Crisis Communication:

    • Work closely with the crisis communication team to address and manage any potential issues or crises arising on social media.

    • Provide clear and concise information during crisis situations and ensure a unified and reassuring message is conveyed.

  4. Content Creation:

    • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging and informative content for social media platforms.

    • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and cohesive communication strategy.

  5. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, monitor trends, and gather insights.

    • Generate regular reports on social media engagement, feedback, and key performance indicators.
