About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Ask The Nurses Podcast. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in the success of our podcast by taking charge of guest coordination and ensuring the seamless execution of episodes. Responsibilities:

Guest Acquisition and Coordination:

Identify and reach out to potential podcast guests, including healthcare professionals, experts, and thought leaders in the nursing field.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and confirmed guests.
Coordinate schedules and logistics for guest interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all participants.

Content Planning:
Collaborate with the podcast host and content team to brainstorm and plan episodes that align with the podcast's mission and audience interests.
Assist in developing interview questions and topics for each episode.

Project Management:
Create and maintain a comprehensive project schedule, tracking key milestones and deadlines related to guest bookings and episode releases.
Proactively identify and address potential issues that may impact the production schedule.
Work closely with the production team to ensure all technical and logistical aspects of episodes are well-coordinated.

Communication:
Act as the main point of contact for podcast guests, providing them with all necessary information and support before, during, and after recording.
Communicate regularly with the podcast host, content team, and other stakeholders to provide updates on guest bookings and scheduling.

Quality Control:
Monitor the quality of guest interactions and interviews to ensure a high standard of content for our audience.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to enhance the overall podcast experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Nursing or other related field.

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a podcast or media production setting.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Familiarity with healthcare, nursing, or related fields is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of podcasting platforms and technologies is an advantage.
