About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee educational initiatives tailored for American frontline nurses. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing educational programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and well-being of nurses on the frontline of healthcare.

Responsibilities:

Program Development:
Collaborate with subject matter experts, healthcare professionals, and educational institutions to design and develop comprehensive educational programs for frontline nurses.
Ensure programs align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and address the evolving needs of healthcare professionals.

Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute a strategic plan for the implementation of educational programs, considering the unique challenges and demands faced by frontline nurses.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for program growth and improvement.

Program Implementation:
Coordinate the successful rollout of educational initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
Monitor program delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to established objectives.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Foster strong relationships with healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and industry partners to enhance program effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaborative initiatives and shared resources.

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact and success of educational programs.
Analyze program outcomes, solicit feedback from participants, and implement improvements to ensure continuous development.

Resource Management:
Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve program goals.
Identify and pursue funding opportunities through grants, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Communication:
Develop and implement a communication strategy to promote educational programs and engage the target audience.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on program progress and achievements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing or degree in a relevant field.

  • Proven experience in program management, specifically in developing and implementing educational initiatives.

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly issues and challenges faced by frontline nurses.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems and other educational technologies.
